UK CUSTOMERS – BREXIT UPDATE: Due to changes in import regulations as a result of the Brexit agreement you will need to pay UK import duty and clearance charges on your purchase. This is £2.23/ bottle plus a customs dossier fee of £10 per shipment and will be requested by the shipper prior to delivery. We apologise for this inconvenience but it is beyond our control.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is available almost everywhere in the world and we charge all delivery at cost price or less. Shipping is based on weight and is automatically calculated in your shopping basket based on the number of bottles purchased. Minimum order quantity is 1 bottle.
If you are purchasing accessories as well as wine, the shipping charge will be the same as if you are only purchasing wine (ie. accessories are shipped for free). All costs are calculated at checkout for you depending on your location and the quantity of wine you are purchasing . If you are just purchasing accessories and not wine, then there is an accessories only shipping rate which will be applied at checkout. Please note that accessories are shipped separately from wine orders and we use Chronopost, La Poste, Collisimo and GLS for shipping our accessories. For all our deliveries, we use Chronopost Viti which is a service specialising in wine shipping. All our wine is packed in special wine shipping boxes to ensure safe delivery and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Please note that additional delivery charges may apply to deliveries to certain locations due to their inaccessibility. We will contact you after you have placed your order to clarify if this is the case.
Your order will be typically despatched within 72 hours of placing your order and delivered in 2-7 working days depending on your location. As soon as your order is placed we will contact you to inform you of an estimated delivery date and will confirm your tracking number upon despatch. Customs charges and Importation charges
For deliveries outside mainland Europe, there may be specific alcohol importation regulations and your country of delivery may require export paperwork or may impose extra customs charges upon importation. Prior to ordering please check the regulations for your country at https://www.chronopost.fr/en/international-shipping#/step-home or contact your local customs office for clarification. All customs or local importation duties levied on your delivery is payable by the customer/ purchaser.
We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time and deliveries usually take place between 8am and 5pm Monday to Saturday. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your delivery. Our couriers will require a signature upon delivery.
Our couriers will try to successfully deliver your order on the first attempt, but please understand they may occasionally experience delays with adverse weather or breakdowns which are out of our control.
If a customer gives a specific instruction to leave the wine without a signature being obtained or to leave the wine at an alternative address or location, we cannot accept responsibility for any consequential loss or damage.
Please check your delivery immediately when you receive it and if possible whilst the courier is there. If there has been a breakage you will usually know straight away as it is wine!! Claims for breakages will only be considered if notice of the claim is given to us within 24 hours of receipt of the consignment. Breakages must be retained with the packaging for examination by the carrier.

Click and Collect
A FREE click and collect service is available at our premises near St. Emilion in South West France. When ordering, simply select the service at the checkout and our customer care team will send you an email when your order is ready to collect.
